LEVERAGE CLOUD SERVICES
Cookie policy.
Last updated: October 24, 2026
This policy explains cookies, browser storage and embedded services on the Leverage Cloud Services website. Read it together with our privacy policy.
Your choices
Optional live chat and visitor insights, general analytics, advertising and content videos default to off until you choose to allow them. Use to review or change your choices. Rejecting optional services does not prevent access to our information, phone, email or booking links.
| Category / service | Purpose and behavior | Your control |
|---|---|---|
| Security and site operation | Our hosting/security providers may use bot protection such as Cloudflare’s __cf_bm cookie. WordPress may use session cookies when you sign in. | Site operation; browser settings can also restrict cookies. |
| Saved preferences | First-party browser storage named lcs_privacy_v3 saves category choices, notice version and date for up to 180 days. Draft previews use a separate key. Earlier choices are not reused for the new Google Analytics purpose. | Change choices anytime or clear browser storage. Choices apply to this browser, not automatically to every device. |
| Vimeo background animation | Loads automatically to present our connected-technology story, using muted autoplay and Vimeo’s DNT setting. Vimeo receives connection information, may use security cookies and may receive cookies already stored in your browser. | Separate from optional tracking choices. Pause motion stops playback; it does not undo information already sent to Vimeo. |
| Optional content videos | YouTube privacy-enhanced and Vidyard players stay unloaded until you allow optional videos. The player then receives connection and viewing information and can use its own storage. | Off by default. Withdrawing permission unloads these players. It cannot erase data already received by their providers. |
| Zoho SalesIQ: live chat & visitor insights | After you opt in, Zoho receives visit, page, device and connection information, plus information you submit through chat. Its cookies can identify repeat visitors and visits; Zoho lists *_zldp with a default lifetime of two years and *_zldt of one day. Actual lifetimes depend on our Zoho configuration and browser controls. | Off by default. Chat and visitor tracking are enabled together. Turning this category off reloads the page to stop SalesIQ and prevents it loading on subsequent visits. It does not erase provider records or all previously stored cookies; browser controls can remove those cookies. |
| Google Analytics 4 | After you allow Analytics, Google receives page and interaction activity, device and connection information. Cookies such as _ga and _ga_* distinguish visits. We configure Analytics cookie lifetimes for up to 180 days. Google advertising signals and ad personalization stay disabled. | Off by default: the Analytics tag stays unloaded until permission. Turning Analytics off reloads the page to stop its runtime and keeps it off on future visits. Existing cookies and information already received by Google are not automatically erased; you can clear cookies through your browser. |
| Other analytics / advertising | Zoho PageSense and advertising tags are not enabled. SalesIQ visitor insights use their own choice above. We will update this policy before adding other tracking tools. | Separate category choices. Google advertising consent stays denied in the current setup, including when Analytics is allowed. Global Privacy Control keeps advertising off. |
| Google Fonts | Fonts load from Google to display our typography. Those requests disclose connection information; they are not an advertising tag. | Part of the current presentation; browser restrictions may substitute local fonts. |
Privacy signals and browser settings
When your browser sends Global Privacy Control, this site keeps its advertising category off, including when you select Accept optional. GPC does not stop every necessary or functional connection. The older Do Not Track signal has no separate automated response in this setup. Browser controls can block or delete cookies and storage; this may affect playback, preferences or sign-in.
Third-party information
See Zoho privacy, SalesIQ cookies, Vimeo privacy, Google privacy, Vidyard privacy and Cloudflare privacy. Provider storage periods vary; browser tools show what is actually stored in your session.
